A Nigerian man has been left in shock after a young woman identified as Precious Chinyere allegedly fled with his car and other personal belongings during a hotel stay in the Asokoro area of the Federal Capital Territory.
The incident reportedly occurred on Thursday, February 5, when the man and Precious checked into a hotel for a short stay. According to the account, the situation took an unexpected turn later in the evening when the man realised that Precious had left the hotel room without informing him.
It was alleged that she made away with several of his personal items, including his mobile phones, a laptop, and his car.
The matter was reported at a police station in Abuja the following morning.
Confirming the development, the spokesperson of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, SP Josephine Adeh, said the case is under investigation. She added that efforts are currently ongoing to track down and apprehend the suspect.
