Popular Nigerian music star, Omoniyi Raphael, well known by his stage name Zlatan, has officially announced October 24, 2026, as the date for his wedding to his longtime partner, Davita Lamai.
The couple unveiled the date in an emotional video post shared across Instagram on Thursday night, accompanying the clip with the simple caption, “24 October 2026”.
The “Save the Date” video features a heartfelt voiceover by one of their children, who tenderly reflects on the couple’s relationship and overall family life.
“When I think about love, I think about my mommy and daddy,” the child says in the emotional clip.
The lovebirds share two sons together—their first child, Toluwalase Omoniyi, born in 2020, and their second son, Benaiah Omoniyi, whom they welcomed in 2024.
The official wedding announcement comes months after widespread reports revealed that the pair had already held a private civil ceremony.
In July, the couple reportedly broke the news of their upcoming wedding celebration to close friends and industry colleagues while traveling to attend the wedding of music executive and businessman, Soso Soberekon.
