The Management of the National Youth Service Corps has fixed Thursday, September 3, 2026, for the passing-out ceremony of the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II corps members.
This official announcement was made on Monday in a statement issued by the NYSC Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, via the scheme’s official account on X.
The scheme directed corps members, employers, and other key stakeholders involved in the mandatory national service to take note of the scheduled date.
“All Corps Members, Employers and other stakeholders of the Scheme are enjoined to take note of the date,” the statement read.
Certificates of National Service would be distributed to Corps Members on the scheduled date at the Local Government level,” the statement added.
With the date now established, passing-out corps members across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory are expected to complete their final clearance activities at their respective local government secretariats ahead of the official collection of their discharge certificates.
